Method

  1. Toss the salmon cubes in the hoisin sauce. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook the salmon until it begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-5 minutes, turning gently to brown on all sides.
  2. To make the mango salsa, blitz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and set aside.
  3. Layer the salmon pieces, lettuce and shredded red cabbage in the tortilla shells, sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with salsa. Serve with fresh lime.
