Made with fresh basil, lemon and plenty of peas, the Re:Nourish Energy Boost Bowtie Pasta Salad will give you all the green goodness with a great taste with only ten minutes of preparation time.


Ingredients

Method

  1. Place the cooked pasta into a large mixing bowl and pour the bottle of Re:Nourish Energy and stir all together to coat the pasta.
  2. To the pasta, add the peas, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, lemon zest, basil and watercress.
  3. Mix everything together until the pasta and vegetable are well coated in the sauce.
  4. Serve coast and garnish with asparagus tips and water cress shoots.
