The power and goodness of ginger in this fruity dessert or breakfast treat
Method
- To make the ginger syrup, in a medium saucepan, boil the water. Add the ginger allowing it to dissolve. Lower the heat and add the honey, lemon zest and orange juice. Set aside to cool.
- In a parfait glass, dollop a big spoonful of yoghurt, then sprinkle the granola on top followed by any fruits you desire in layers.
- When serving, add the ginger syrup on the side to sweeten. Add dark chocolate chips or any other toppings to make it your own.
