Method

  1. Take the baguette and slice into rounds. If you prefer your bread toasted, you can lightly grill your bread by placing in the toaster.
  2. Slice the Washington Apple in half, half again, and into think slices. Set aside.
  3. Slice the Brie into rounds and place atop each piece of bread. You can either layer the fresh slices of juicy apple under or on top of the creamy Brie.
  4. Drizzle honey over each open sandwich and sprinkle with walnuts and cranberries if desired.
