Tangy fruit, creamy yoghurt and crunchy granola combine for a breakfast pot dish you’ll want to recreate daily


Ingredients

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, oil, honey and cinnamon together. Make sure the mixture is mixed well. Set aside.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and then spread the oat mixture evenly over the tray.
  3. Place in the oven for 10 minutes on a medium heat, ensuring you stir/shake the granola regularly.
  4. Set to one side to cool. Keep moving the granola to keep it separated on the tray.
  5. Chop half of your berries into small pieces and set aside.
  6. In your glass place a layer of granola, followed by a layer of the chopped berries, followed by a layer of yoghurt – then repeat.
  7. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving and decorate with berries to serve.
