BE BRAVE

The first few days, even weeks, can be uncomfortable as your Mo takes shape. Ride it out to encourage donations.

Be sure to pick up some beard, tash and face oils to help the growing process in the early stages.

IGNORE THE ITCHING

Try and remind yourself that men have endured worse in the past. You can stand a little face tickle.

The King C. Gillette Men’s Beard and Face Wash is packed with coconut water, argan oil and avocado oil, which will help keep things clean up there.

LOOK AFTER YOUR MOUSTACHE

Be sure to apply all the proper grooming techniques. A great Mo comes down to great grooming.

Use beard balms and look for in-growing hairs, which can easily be removed with tweezers if spotted early.

NURTURE IT

Lads, if you look after your Mo, your Mo will look after you.

There's nothing worse than an overgrown face. Keep things in check this Movember and trim your beard regularly for a sharp, clean look.

Use an electric beard trimmer when things get a little hairy out there.

Still not sure?

Rain check growing a tash this year? No problem. You’ve got plenty of options.

  1. Move for Movember: Run or walk 60km over the month, for the 60 men lost to suicide every hour globally.
  2. Host a Mo-ment: Rally a crew and do something fun and easy. Have fun, doin’ good.
  3. Mo Your Own Way: Whether it’s a gruelling test of physical endurance or some other wildcard idea.

Together, we can stop men dying too young.
