Contrary to what you see in glossy magazines, every individual has a different body shape and size and if there’s one brand that’s catering to real representation, it is Aerie.

Aerie by American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. has launched its online stores for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, where customers can shop intimate apparel, activewear, and loungewear — all designed with comfort and varying body shapes in mind.

In 2014, the brand had launched its #AerieREAL campaign, where it ditched Photoshopped models and instead featured images of real women of various sizes, shapes, and skin colour along with their tattoos and body marks, a move to promote body positivity and diversity.

Since then Aerie isn’t just lauded for its inclusive campaigns, but its collections too that feature sizes ranging from XS to XL. The OFFLINE collection, suited for exercise and leisure, has some cool high-waisted and mid-rise leggings that are available in floral and animal prints as well as solid colours. It also includes plain and printed fleece hoodies, ribbed and slogan tees. On days you want to lounge around, you can seek comfort in the Homebody or Softest collections. The former features joggers that offer a relaxed fit, while the latter is known for its super soft sweaters.

Aerie's Garden collection celebrates florals and lace, while the Ribbed collection is all about stretchy nylons. The brand is best-known for its undergarments though that are available in many styles - right from push ups to bralettes and boy briefs to bikini cuts, made with fabrics including cotton, lace, and nylon.
