Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, tried-and-true sausage-making practices. We begin with a grind made from our own grain meat. We use vegetables: smoked Chipotle peppers, sweet onions and fresh-chopped garlic. Add some liquids, like apple cider vinegar and paprika oil. And finally, mix in the seasonings: cumin seed, oregano and Chili de Arbol. And voilà: an artisan plant-based sausage with sizzle, texture and personality.
