Method
- Start by making the marinade by combining the miso paste and the hot water. Make sure paste is well dissolved, then add the soy sauce and the honey and whisk until everything comes together.
- Place the beef in the marinade and then place in the fridge for 60 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Remove the marinated meat from the fridge and place the beef on wet skewers. Cook them in the oven for approximately 6-10 minutes, depending on your preference for how the meat is cooked.
- Place the purple cabbage on a serving plate and drizzle honey and rice vinegar over the top. Place the cooked skewers on top of the bed of cabbage and sprinkle sesame seeds generously over them. Serve on a platter and watch them magically disappear! Enjoy the game!
