Healthy chia seeds mixed between layers of fresh strawberry goodness bring this breakfast pot to life


Ingredients

Method

  1. Place the almond milk and strawberries into a blender then blend until really smooth.
  2. Pour the almond milk mix into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Separate into individual containers or jars, wrap each one with cling film and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until completely set.
  4. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
