Method

Place the almond milk and strawberries into a blender then blend until really smooth.
Pour the almond milk mix into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract.
Separate into individual containers or jars, wrap each one with cling film and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until completely set.
Decorate with strawberries and serve.
