Salty smokey flavour atop fresh leaves

Ingredients

1 fillet Smoked Fish
2 cups Mixed Lettuce
1 tsp Passion Fruit Puree
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 pcs Cherry Tomatoes

Method

Wash the lettuce leaves in iced water and drain.
In a separate bowl make the salad dressing by mixing together olive oil, passion fruit puree salt and lemon juice.
Toss lettuce, cherry tomato and dressing together.
Add the smoked fish to the salad
