Ingredients

Method

  1. Place the Square Deep-Dish Pan on medium-high heat. Add the butter and wait for 30 seconds. Sweat the finely chopped onions, garlic, and shallots.
  2. Next, stir in the flour and tomato paste and mix well.
  3. Add the chopped celery, carrots, okra, tomatoes, red peppers, and sprinkle over the paprika. Stir, cover and cook for a few minutes on low.
  4. Turn the heat to medium. Whisk in the shrimp stock until it becomes a little creamy.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients except the shrimp. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook for a further 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
