Santa Strawberries and Cream

Ingredients

1 Large box of fresh strawberries
1 can Spray cream
25g Black sesame seeds
1 tube Ready-made white icing

Method

Cut the leaf and base from each strawberry, then cut the top off about a third of the way from the pointed top of the berry.
Sit the larger portion of each strawberry on a plate.
Spray cream onto the flat surface and pop the top back on.
Add two sesame seeds to each strawberry for Santa’s eyes.
Carefully use the white icing, place two dots on the larger portion of the strawberry for buttons, then add a blob of icing to the top for the bobble on Santa’s hat.
