Rosemary and USA apple chicken

Method

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and orange zest. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Rub the chicken with the herb mixture until well coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 170°c.
Place the marinated chicken in a roasting pan. Add apple and potato. Roast for 35 minutes. Increase temperature to 190°C and roast for 15 more minutes.
Be sure to serve warm.
