About

A delicious, fruity blend of all your red favourites

Ingredients

250g Cherries, pitted
175g Raspberries
150g Red currants
115g Blackberries
115g Strawberries (quartered if large)
1 tsp Stevia (to taste)
2 tbsp Cornflour

Method

Place the fruits in a saucepan with 150ml of water and slowly bring to the boil.
Combine the stevia and cornflour with 2 tablespoons cold water to form a paste, then stir into the fruit. Cook gently, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
Allow to cool, then spoon the mixture into individual dishes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
