Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Drizzle olive oil over chopped butternut. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until tender.
  2. Cook ravioli as per the instructions. Drain and place in a medium bowl. Mix in the garlic, red onion, turkey bacon and butternut squash. Then season with nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix in well with the Parmesan and basil.
  3. Finally, add in the deveined shrimp and drizzle a touch of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
