Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C. Cut potatoes into wedges about half a centimetre thick.
  2. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder together.
  3. Coat potatoes with oil/spice mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven. Cooked until golden and serve alone or with a main dish.
