Fresh tuna and avocado salad

About

Fresh and tangy, this tuna dish is easy to make and great for a New Year health kick

Ingredients

2 Avocados
1 Red onion
4 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tomato
100g Tuna fish
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Wasabi paste
1 Handful sesame seeds

Method

Peel the avocado and onion, chop into small pieces and place in a bowl. Chop the tomato and mix into the avocado and onion mix. Add the lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, mix together the wasabi and soy sauce.
Flake the tuna into a bowl and pour over the wasabi liquid.
Toss the tuna and avocado mix together and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Add chopped spring onion as a garnish before serving.
