Method

  1. Place chicken in a baking pan or roasting dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over chicken.
  3. Bake chicken, uncovered, at 160˚C for 30 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes extra, basting regularly.
