With the addition of chia seeds, superfoods collide in this healthy snack explosion

Ingredients

1 tsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
125g Blueberries
1 tsp Linseed
325 mls Milk
1 tsp Sunflower Seeds
1 Avocado (Halved and peeled)
1 tsp Almonds
2 tsp Honey

Method

Place all ingredients (leaving a tbsp of avocado to one side) in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Divide between 2 or 4 glasses, adding a small layer of avocado in the middle section of each. Serve immediately with coconut flakes, if desired.
