Quick and easy overnight oats recipe with a super-healthy, apple kick

Method

  1. Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, apple juice and grated apple in a bowl until combined.
  2. Next, add in the yoghurt.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight (or for a minimum of 2 hours).
  4. Decorate with apple slice, raisins, walnuts (or nuts of your choice) and maple syrup (if desired).
