Preparation Guidelines
To make a classic Sisig, combine with grilled chicken, fish or tofu sliced into small pieces and add chopped onions and chili. Also great to use as a spice rub for roasts. One pouch (40 g) Mama Sita’s Citrus-Pepper (Sisig) Mix is good for 1 kg of chicken.
