Lye Cross Farm has been producing the finest cheeses since 1952, using quality milk from their own farms and also other selected local dairies. Its cheese is handcrafted using a tradition known as 'Cheddaring', where the curds are turned and stacked by hand to allow the unique texture and flavour to develop.
