Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, tried-and-true sausage-making practices. We begin with a grind made from our own grain meat. We use fresh vegetables: Yukon Gold potatoes, onions and garlic. Add some liquids, including organic apple cider vinegar. And finally, mix in the seasonings: rubbed sage, ginger, black pepper and voilà: an artisan plant-based sausage with sizzle, texture and personality.
