Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook the rice as per the instructions on the packet, drain and leave to cool.
  2. When the rice has cooled, pour into a mixing bowl and add the flaked tuna, peas, chopped pepper, sweetcorn, spring onion, tomatoes and mix together.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice, mix and serve.
  4. Garnish with fresh black pepper.
