Treat yourself to this easy and delicious tuna bowl with avocado, crispy cucumber, nori, wasabi peas and mayo

Method

  1. Heat rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Combine tuna and half the onion in a bowl. Push tuna mixture to one side.
  3. Place rice in bowl, then top with avocado, cucumber, seaweed snack, wasabi peas and remaining onion. Season with pepper and serve with mayonnaise. Red cabbage is also a great combination, if desired.
