Method

  1. Cut the peaches along the seam all the way around and twist the halves of the stone. Meanwhile, heat the grill to high.
  2. Sprinkle the cut surfaces of the peach halves with a very, thin layer of sugar and place on a baking tray, cut side up. Instead of sugar, you can also drizzle with honey or agave if you prefer.
  3. Place the peaches under the grill for 3-4 minutes, or until the sugar starts to caramelise. Serve with low-fat vanilla ice cream or 0% fat, plain Greek yoghurt.
