Fresh and tangy, this tuna dish is easy to make and great for a New Year health kick


Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel the avocado and onion, chop into small pieces and place in a bowl. Chop the tomato and mix into the avocado and onion mix. Add the lemon juice.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the wasabi and soy sauce.
  3. Flake the tuna into a bowl and pour over the wasabi liquid.
  4. Toss the tuna and avocado mix together and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Add chopped spring onion as a garnish before serving.
