Boost your immune system with these tasty oat flour pancakes
Method
- Mix the kefir, egg, milk, maple syrup and baking powder in a bowl
- Add in the salt and oat flour and stir to combine
- Heat a pan with the butter
- Pour in the pancake batter and cook for a minute on each side until crispy and golden
- Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, dollops of Kefir + Protein Blackcurrant, coconut flakes and fresh blackberries.
