Super healthy Broccoli and kale soup

How to cook
In a deep soup pan, heat the oil and add the garlic, ginger, turmeric and salt. Fry for a few minutes.
Slice the courgettes and add to the pan. Make sure all the spices have coated the courgette and cook for a few minutes.
Add 400ml vegetable stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
Chop and add the broccoli, kale, limejuice and rest of the stock. Cook until vegetables are soft.
Remove from the heat and blend in food blender on high until smooth.
Serve with warm crusty bread and white pepper.
