This is a really thick and tasty smoothie; perfect for a refreshing treat or great for a dessert.


Low fat vanilla yogurt 250 ml
Pineapple chunks 250 g
Ice cubes 6 - 10 ice cubes

How to cook

  1. Add the yogurt and ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is in small chunks.

  2. Add the pineapple chunks and blend again until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Pour and serve.
