How to cook
Chop the potatoes and boil in a pan of boiling water until softened.
Make a bag using the foil by folding the edges up and place to one side.
Chop the fennel, cut the cherry tomatoes then place in the foil bag along with the lemon, olives and sea bass, then season, drizzle with olive oil.
Seal the bag by folding the edges. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Open the bag carefully as there will be steam, and serve.
