Plant-based dining concept wows Dubai once again

Dubai being Dubai there are plenty of ways to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, but few are quite like Seva Experience.

A magical cafe with a Bali-like atmosphere, formerly known as Life'n One, the Seva Garden is a place where you are encouraged to switch off, yet connect, in a pretty unusual way than most people are used to.

The garden is the beating heart of the Seva Experience space. Take off your shoes and ground yourself under the tall trees; enjoy a caffeine-free coffee, and take a moment to truly disconnect from the madness of life for just a moment.

The word ‘Seva‘ comes from the ancient Sanskrit word meaning ‘selfless service for the betterment of the community’, and this is something the establishment has been doing since its inception, from its feel-good menu to its alternative health services. Seva Table offers plant-based menu that's gluten-free, soy-free, without refined sugars, and keeping up its commitment to the planet, you will find an eco-minded menu, rooted in ancient knowledge and soul-aligned nourishment.

Alternative healing methods such as yoga, meditation, bodywork, sound healing, energy medicine and more are all available at the Seva Studio, while the Seva Shop is the perfect place for the conscious shopper.

Seasonal and local ingredients are sourced when available, with an emphasis on vibrant organic living foods. SEVA loves real food, so they keep it simple, and all produce is free from MSGs, GMOs, gluten, soy, cane sugar and trans fats. Dishes are visually beautiful to look at, bursting with colour and creativity, but they also deliver on taste. It really is amazing how fresh, healthy ingredients — often things we deem a tad boring —can come together to create such wonderfully flavoursome dishes.

The Tropical Ceviche is like a rainbow in a bowl, there’s a clever twist on gazpacho, using avocado instead of the usual tomato base, and the detox menu will have you feeling like you can take on the world in just one sitting. A range of artistically-designed soups, from carrot and ginger to kale and broccoli broth, you can almost feel the goodness being absorbed as you swallow. Breakfast here is holistic and plentiful and a visit to Seva, no matter what for, will give you an extra rejuvenating boost.

SEVA Table is open every day from 8.30am – 8pm and bookings are required. Call +971 58 543 5888, or email at info@sevaexperience.com.com
