Chop suey is a dish with Chinese roots, consisting of meat and eggs, cooked quickly with vegetables.

Easy soup

Try this home made delicious soup without any chopping. It's so easy and wholesome.

  1. Grab some Goodness Foods chopped onions.
  2. Throw them in a pan with a tablespoon or two of oil.
  3. Sauté the onion until soft.
  4. Boil any root vegetables until soft.
  5. Drain and add to your onion pan.
  6. Add a can of chopped tomatoes, and the same amount of water.
  7. Add a teaspoon of mixed herbs and a stock cube.
  8. For a more filling soup also add a can of lentils.
  9. Bring to the boil then simmer for 30 mins.
  10. Season and serve.
